yes, but with how long the Savana/Express has been out on the market for, that won't be much of a concern unless you plan on building a custom setup. Up fitting kits are out in abundance.

Good point since I think some companies will sell kits by type of vehicle which takes out all the guess work. Just a matter of deciding exactly what you want out of a kit at that point.

Not really a kit but there are companies out there who will outfit your Savana for whatever your needs are or you can probably buy a fully built one form them.

Then there's really low budget DIY'er way of going about this and that is with wood. Seen some contractors on a budget do that to used savana's they get. Someone buying a van for $10,000 or under might not have the cash for something from an upfitting company.

The rear wheel bumps would cut into the cargo area's usable space so you can't really put a bed there. Best used for storage.

Maybe there's some platform you can buy that clears that area and leave storage room underneath? If not you can always fab up something of your own from wood. Just as long as you have access to the equipment or can pay for it.

If you're handy, you can most likely jimmy up a floating bed right above the wheels that you can fold up into the wall when not in use. But this is if you're handy which I am not. Those wheel bumps do take up a lot of space.

that will be the case for a lot of people, if doing work like this is a one time thing for you then just pay a shop to do it. no point investing all that time, money on tools, etc.

some things you just can't do yourself.
